I’m very excited to share this affirmation meditation with you. It began life as part of my Practical Self-Love online program (previously named”Soulmate Self”) and after watching its power to passively and calmly transform long-held, negative self-opinion it’s something I want everyone to have access to!
I am an author, speaker and life coach that specialises in supporting people to achieve life goals and live congruent, sustainable and deeply satisfying lives. In my work I’ve noticed that most people think about their physical bodies in an external way, i.e what they look like to themselves and others from the outside. I found that the fastest way to improve self worth and self image, is to begin creating neural pathways that connect people with their amazing bodies from the inside…from what it feels like to be living inside their amazing bodies (rather than the focus on what they look like).
This meditation affirmation will guide you through your senses and begin a beautiful, loving relationship with your beautiful body. You know, none of your life experiences would have been possible without it!
